The Elizabethan Academy will continue to be an inclusive school which serves its local community. Academies manage their own Admissions but are still required to work to the same Admissions Code as maintained schools so that the system is fair and parents can choose for their child to come to a good school.

THE OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS MATHS PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION

A year 7 member of our photography club has won a prestigious competition run by the Oxford University Press.  Charlotte has been attending the after school class during her first year at The Elizabethan Academy and along with others from the group she entered the competition.  Mrs Draper (Head of Art) said "Mrs Lindley from the Maths department first approached me with the details of the competition because of the theme and we liked the idea of cross-curricular links with our photography club".
